RAEX400 Wear-resistant steel plate

RAEX400 is a hardened wear-resistant steel with an average grade of 400HBW, Brinell hardness. The microstructure of this wear-resistant steel is a martensitic structure, which guarantees high hardness and tensile hardness of the steel plate. The hardness of RAEX400 is 2.5 times that of S355 structural steel. High hardness and tensile strength give RAEX 400 high wear resistance in rolling contact. Despite its high hardness and strength, RAEX 400 can be formed by free bending or hemming and has good weldability.
