Product Details

Chemical composition: usually contains carbon (C) ≤ 0.20%, silicon (Si) ≤ 0.80%, manganese (Mn) ≤ 2.00%, phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.020%, sulfur (S) ≤ 0.015%, niobium (Nb) ≤ 0.11%, vanadium (V) ≤ 0.12%, titanium (Ti) ≤ 0.20%, aluminum (Al) ≥ 0.015%, etc.
Implementation standard: GB/T 16270
Mechanical properties: yield strength ≥ 620MPa, tensile strength 720 - 890MPa, elongation ≥ 10%. The low-temperature impact test temperature is -40℃, and the impact absorption energy is not less than 27J.
Delivery status: generally delivered in hot rolling, controlled rolling, normalizing, quenching and tempering.
