Chemical composition: generally contains carbon (C) ≤ 0.21%, silicon (Si) ≤ 0.60%, manganese (Mn) ≤ 1.70%, phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.035%, sulfur (S) ≤ 0.035%, and may also contain micro-alloy elements such as niobium (Nb), vanadium (V), and titanium (Ti).
